Welcome to mono4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and mono4d ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") governing your access to and use of our online gaming platform located at https://mono4d.cam (the "Website" or "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made through your Account. You agree to notify mono4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You may register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual (including accounts using different names, addresses, or payment methods but determined to be controlled by the same person) are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same User, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers, cancel all bonuses, and confiscate all funds across all accounts. This restriction exists to prevent bonus abuse, fraud, and circumvention of responsible gaming limits.
mono4d services are intended exclusively for adults aged 21 years or older. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and illegal under Indonesian law. We employ age verification measures and reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time. Any individual found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all winnings forfeited.
mono4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP; as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept third-party deposits - funds must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name matching the name on your mono4d Account.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. We reserve the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits below the minimum threshold may be rejected or held pending additional verification.
Most deposits are processed instantly or within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00 - 16:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 24 hours. mono4d does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are your responsibility.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your mono4d Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from any illegal activity. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, deposit refusal, or account closure.
Withdrawals may be requested once your Account has been fully verified through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name matching the name on your mono4d Account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). However, processing times may extend up to 72 hours for large withdrawals, first-time withdrawals, or withdrawals requiring additional security verification. Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. If you deposit funds and attempt to withdraw without meeting this minimum wagering requirement, we reserve the right to deduct an administrative fee of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month. VIP users may be eligible for higher limits. Withdrawal requests exceeding these limits may be split into multiple installments or may require approval from our finance department. We reserve the right to adjust withdrawal limits at any time.
mono4d may offer various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal restrictions. These specific terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus. Bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict regarding bonus-specific matters.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x). Only real-money wagers contribute toward wagering requirements; bonus funds used to place wagers do not count toward fulfilling the requirement. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute only 20%).
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other users, employing betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of fraudulent or abusive behavior, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, cancellation of all wagers, and potential account closure. We employ sophisticated detection systems and reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity.
All bets placed through the mono4d platform are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, technical errors, incorrect odds, or betting patterns that indicate coordinated or syndicate activity. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it becomes binding and cannot be cancelled or altered by either party except in cases of obvious error as determined by mono4d in its sole discretion.
We make every effort to ensure that odds displayed on the Platform are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. If an obvious error in odds is detected (such as odds drastically inconsistent with market standards or odds reversed between competitors), we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All betting results are determined based on official sources and announcements from the relevant sports leagues, governing bodies, or game providers. Our decisions regarding bet settlement are final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mono4d, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
In no event shall mono4d's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the amount you paid to mono4d in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Indonesian market. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of mono4d services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English in accordance with international arbitration rules.
mono4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised.
You may close your mono4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification and wagering requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or other users. Upon termination for cause, any bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited, and we may retain funds pending investigation.
